上層(海拔800~1000m以上)則以林為主,大力發(fā)展用材林,水源涵養(yǎng)林和藥材,適當發(fā)展食用菌,實行保護性開發(fā),增強生態(tài)效益,對山頂?shù)纳种脖槐仨毐Wo,有條件的山區(qū)逐步發(fā)展旅游業(yè)。
本區(qū)山體高度一般約為1000~1500m,人類活動主要在1000m以下。800~1000m以上基本是林農(nóng)濕冷氣候?qū)?,南、中、北亞熱帶有所區(qū)別。水稻種植上限高度,中亞熱帶可達1200~1400m,北亞熱帶為900m左右。北亞熱帶玉米種植上限高度達1500m左右。采取分散小群放牧的方式可以利用草山發(fā)展養(yǎng)牛、養(yǎng)羊業(yè)。
溫帶,有廣義和狹義之分。廣義來講說,除了寒帶和熱帶以外的所有地區(qū)都屬于溫帶,故而亞熱帶和亞寒帶都屬于廣義溫帶的范疇。狹義的溫帶則不包括亞熱帶和亞寒帶。四季分明是溫帶氣候的zui顯著特點。
我國大部分地區(qū)都屬于溫帶氣候。從分布來看,溫帶氣候的情況比較復雜多樣。根據(jù)地區(qū)的降水特點的不同,可分為溫帶季風性氣候、溫帶大陸性氣候、溫帶海洋性氣候、亞熱帶季風氣候和地中海氣候幾種類型。由于溫帶氣候分布地域廣泛,類型復雜多樣,從而為生物創(chuàng)造了良好的氣候環(huán)境,形成了豐富的動植物界。
有些研究者根據(jù)地球各地接受太陽照射的狀況及晝夜長短的變化,將地表各地劃分為五個熱量帶,即熱帶、北溫帶、南溫帶、北寒帶、南寒帶。介于熱帶與寒帶之間,太陽斜射,得到中等程度的熱量,為溫帶。北回歸線與北極圈之間為北溫帶。南回歸線與南極圈之間為南溫帶。氣候特點主要表現(xiàn)為冬季比亞熱帶更冷,一般zui低月均溫都在0°C以下。溫帶氣候既包括比較溫和多雨的海洋氣候,也包括四季分明且比較干燥的大陸性氣候。溫帶的大多數(shù)地區(qū)位于西風帶內(nèi)。溫帶處于中緯度地區(qū),南北溫度梯度大,氣候有極大差異。溫帶如此大的面積,與實際氣候特點分布差異較大。因此,廣義的溫帶包括亞熱帶、暖溫帶、中溫帶、寒溫帶和亞寒帶。狹義的溫帶一般又分為三個帶,即:暖溫帶、中溫帶、寒溫帶。

Temperate, with broad and narrow sense. The temperate zone in the narrow sense does not include subtropical and sub-frigid zones. The four distinct seasons are the most significant features of the temperate climate.
Most parts of China are temperate climate. From a global perspective, the temperate climate is more complex and diverse. According to the different characteristics of precipitation in the area, it can be divided into temperate monsoon climate, temperate continental climate, temperate oceanic climate, subtropical monsoon climate and Mediterranean climate. Because the temperate climate has a wide geographical distribution and a variety of types, it has created a good climate environment for the organism and formed a rich animal and plant kingdom.
Some researchers divide the surface of the earth into five heat zones based on the conditions of the sun's exposure to the sun and changes in the length of day and night. They are the tropical zone, the north temperate zone, the south temperate zone, the north frigid zone, and the south frigid zone. Between the tropics and the frigid zone, the sun leans towards the ground and gets moderate heat, which is temperate. The northern temperate zone is between the Tropic of Cancer and the Arctic Circle. Between the Tropic of Cancer and the Antarctic Circle is the South Temperate Zone. The temperate climate includes both a relatively mild and rainy ocean climate and a clear and relatively dry continental climate. Most of the temperate zone lies within the westerly belt. Such a large area in the temperate zone is quite different from the distribution of actual climate characteristics. Therefore, the broad temperate zone includes the subtropical zone, the warm temperate zone, the middle temperate zone, the cold temperate zone and the sub-frigid zone. The temperate zone in the narrow sense is generally divided into three bands: warm temperate zone, medium temperate zone, and cold temperate zone.
